General Policy

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered/accessed.

When a Refund May Be Considered

We will consider a refund request if:

• You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, and our team is unable to resolve it within 14 days.
• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge for the same product).
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

When a Refund Will Not Be Granted

• Simply changing your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@archibaldzvault.com with your order number and the reason for your request within 14 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, and may take 5 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
