Digital Product Purchases

• Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and payment security on our behalf.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to or a download link for your purchased product via email.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, as this is how your product is delivered.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

• All digital products sold through Archibaldz Vault are the intellectual property of Archibaldz Vault unless otherwise stated.
• When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish any purchased product, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
• All website content (text, graphics, branding) is also protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability
